Pairing Comments
I smoked this cigar with a caramel latte, and in my opinion, this is the only way i would smoke this cigar. The spicey bitter leathery taste of the cigar goes great with the sweet creamy milk coffee.
Final Thoughts
This cigar has a place in this world, but not as an everyday smoke. It had a fairly resistant draw, which caused me to draw harder, for longer, which caused the cigar to overheat, which caused the bitter taste i got from the cigar. I couldn't relax much from the constant battle of it overheating then wanting to go out when i try to let it cool. Now in its defense, it is a lancero thats rolled thinner with more wrapper leaf which I believe contributed alot to the strong spice. probably smokes and tastes better in a more traditional robusto or toro
